Homeostasis is the many processes by which your body keeps its internal temperature stable. Your body maintains homeostasis through many different systems that all work and contribute to each other. To regulate activity in the body and keep it stable, hormones are released in negative or positive feedback. The positive feedback increases the rate of change whereas negative feedback reverses the direction of change. In this project we tested homeostasis in breathing rate. From our experiments we concluded that as your physical exercise increases, so does your breathing rate. This is because your muscles are being depleted of oxygen when you work out, so your body has to increase your breathing rate to get more oxygen to your muscles.

Reflection
This project was quick and I learned a lot. I was very on task for this project and was a lot more of a leader. I think this helped the group get the project done easy and quick. I think I can continue to work on staying on task and staying in conversations related to the project. Over all this project went very well and my group and I worked very well together.
